Bilyoner has become the first legal electronic bookmaker in 2004 and obtained first e-ticket dealer licence in 2006 as per agreements signed with Directorate of Spor Toto Organization and Turkish National Lottery Administration respectively. Bilyoner provides its services through mobile applications and website. As of 2019 Bilyoner has reached over 3.5 million members.
